Welcome to our online registration form for Junior Surf at LWSLSC in 2025/26.
PLEASE COMPLETE AN ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH CHILD YOU ARE REGISTERING.
In November 2025, you will be e-mailed an invoice for the fees you are required to pay for the child/children you have registered.
Fees are:
Membership: $25 per child OR $50 per family
Rash Top Hire: (compulsory uniform) $5 per child
Coloured Cap Hire: (compulsory uniform) $5 per child
Caps: (for carnival or level 4 upwards) $10 per cap
Holiday Programme: $65 per child for the week
Due to high demand, priority will be given to families who participated in Junior Surf at LWSLSC in 2024/2025. After that, it will be on a 'first in, first served' basis.
