Instant Employer Brand - Application
I'm giving away four "instant" employer brands to companies to use for free.

Criteria:
  1. You need to be the TA/Marketing leader or a senior recruiter
  2. The company should have between 500 and 2,000 employees
  3. The company must be US or Canada-based and primarily English-speaking
  4. You do not currently have an employer brander on staff
Once you get your employer brand and playbook on how to use it, you are free to do whatever you will with it. Use it or throw it away; it belongs completely to you.

All I ask is that you be willing to offer testimonials, and let me build a case study around the work. (Your company will not be named, instead referred to as "a 800-person biotech on the west coast" or "a 1,000-person IT services company based in New York" etc). 

Process:
  1. Complete onboarding form (less than an hour)
  2. Competitive audit of three companies
  3. One 1-hour focus group with yourself, recruiters and at least two hiring managers
  4. External audit of your recruiting and employer brand 
  5. One hour download session with you and I
Depending on scheduling, all in this will take three weeks. That's it!

Deadline to complete this application is Tuesday, March 5. 
You will be notified Wednesday March 6th if you are selected.
