Lead-Off Youth Exchange - Application form
Through this application, you are applying for the Lead-Off Youth Exchange (23rd of August - 31st of August 2024 including travel days).

Arrival day - 23/08/2024 (you have to be able to reach the meeting point in Tartu, Estonia by 6pm)
Activities - 24/08/2024 - 30/08/2024
Departure day - 31/08/2024 (you can only pick up flights after 1pm from Tallinn 

In case you cannot travel on the designated travel dates and/or tickets are cheaper:
Participants can travel a maximum of 3 days before and 3 days after the project or 4 days before or 4 days after, if the tickets are justifiably cheaper than the travel days. During that extra time, food or accommodation is NOT provided.

By submitting this application I acknowledge the following conditions:

1. I will come fully prepared (will read infopack and materials sent by organisers).

2. I will take part full duration of the programme. I acknowledge that this youth exchange is a learning process and not a holiday, therefore I am committed to work on my development and manage my own learning, supported by the facilitators and peers. Reimbursement will take only if I participate in full duration of the programme.

3. I will take part in the all project activities: preparation, participation, filling the evaluation form and disseminate the results.

4. I agree that group photos and videos taken in the project can be fully used.

5. I take full responsibility for my own insurance. I understand that the information provided on special needs does not remove my personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.

6.  I am aware that my traveling tickets to/from Estonia have to be the most economical. Seat, insurance and other extra's / perks are not reimbursable. Tickets have to be approved by the organisers before the purchase. Reimbursements will be sent as soon as possible, once (and if) I take part in full duration of the programme, fill the evaluation forms, present all the traveling documents, including boarding passes.

7. I agree with all conditions stated in the information package.

8. I acknowledge that in case I don't follow all the conditions stated above I may be asked to leave the project before its completion.
