客戶必須自行保留購買收據以作紀錄並於維修產品時出示有效之發票 / 收據正本。
*如客戶未能出示有效文件，保養服務將會失效。

產品維修保養服務受條款約束，如有任何爭議,公司將保留最終決。

Please keep your purchase receipt and present the original valid invoice/receipt when repairing the product.
*Warranty service is not eligible if customer fails to provide valid document.

Roche Diagnostics (HK) reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of any customer for the relevant warranty service.
