This form will be used to collect basic information about you to support our interest in building a diverse and equitable panel. No personal information will be shared outside of this organization beyond anonymous data gathering purposes.

Being a part of the grant review process is a great way to give back to our communities. If you have an interest and passion for the arts and are curious about how grant review panels work, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We welcome anyone and everyone from artists/writers/musicians/filmmakers to theater-goers/arts appreciators/community members to volunteer for a panel!
