A little about Sarah Joy:

Sarah Joy is the founder of JoyFully Fit + Free and Co-Creator of the Holy & Whole women's Conference. She is a Certified Revelation Wellness® Instructor who offers women one on one or small group mentoring and accountability; as well as stretching and somatic work. As part of her work with women she writes Scripture Writing Plans to help her clients learn the practice of stillness and meditation. Sarah fervently seeks to point women to scripture where they can find true freedom to live out their identity in Christ.

Sarah is passionate about learning to embrace stillness, silence and slow movement in connection with Jesus. As a woman who formerly didn’t take time to be still or rest, she has found that this is truly where healing, wholeness and wellness begins. She also loves helping women learn to embrace rhythms in their lives that bring them closer to Christ and promote wholeness of mind, body and spirit.

Sarah resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband of 25 years and two of their three sons. When she is not working she can be found on a trail walking, running or near the water taking in creation. She also enjoys writing and photography in her spare time. You can follow her at @sarahjoy.fullyfitandfree (IG) @holywholewomensconference (IG) or @joyfullyfitandfree (FB)
