Pack down not to start until 10.30pm on Sunday evening. A proportion of our festival goers just come on day tickets and it's unfair for them to have a half packed down festival by the evening. There are also health & safety issues with gaps appearing in the line of stalls.Clearance with vehicle not until 9.00am on Monday. Before this, stallholders may carry equipment in/out by hand or sack truck.
If you think you might need to move your vehicle over the weekend to get more stock etc, make sure that you tell the stalls manager and park your car somewhere where it can be moved.
