MCHS Best Buddies Club Sign-Up 2021-2022
Best Buddies Club Members:

Thank you for showing interest in joining the Mill Creek High School Best Buddies Club. Our main focus is on social inclusion of students with disabilities here at Mill Creek. We hope that you will form a true friendship with your buddy and others this school year!

As a member of Best Buddies Club you are expected to visit your buddy at least once a week and attend club social events monthly! Our first meeting will be Thursday, 9/2 at 2:30 in D112! Write this on your calendar now!

*Please be aware that there are dues required for club membership. The fee is $35 and covers membership costs, your Club T-shirt, and other expenses for our club.

Once you have completed this form, signed up on our remind, and paid your dues on MyPaymentsPlus, you are officially a Best Buddies Club Member!
