All routing is contingent on the accuracy of your student's Skyward information. Please contact the school if your address needs updated. If Skyward records do not match your request, your routing will be delayed, held until update is complete or inaccurate. Route assignments during the school year can take up to 5 days. Filling out this form constitutes an agreement between you, your student and the district to accepting the bus rules found at esd401.org. Thank you.
