Westbriar Chess Club - Spring 2023 Parent Volunteer SIGN-UP

We would appreciate having one or two parents to assist Mr. Maxwell at chess club meetings in the school cafeteria on Tuesdays.  Parents will assist with setup/cleanup, distributing snacks, dismissing students, and keeping the students quiet, orderly, and focused on chess during the meeting.  No chess experience required; parents will not be teaching chess.  

Two parents could split volunteering, with one helping from 4:00-5:00pm with the first half of the meeting and another from 4:45-5:45pm with the second half; or one or two could help for the entire chess club meeting.

The Westbriar Chess Club meets on Tuesdays after-school in the cafeteria from 4:15-5:30pm.  The chess club will not meet whenever the school is closed or on early release days.

We would like to have at least one (1), but up to two (2), parent volunteers for each club meeting.  Sign-up below.

You may volunteer for the early (4:00-5:00pm) or late (4:45-5:45pm) shift; or both (just select both 4:00-5:00pm and 4:45-5:54pm). If a date/time isn't available, then we have already received two volunteers for that date/time.
