Winter Solstice Wellness Gathering
Sheepish in partnership with Wings of Fire - The Phoenix is excited to bring a Winter Solstice Wellness Gathering to The Branch on December 18th from 9 am - 3 pm.

This Solstice Gathering is a celebration as we move into the winter months, days are shortened as nights extend. We celebrate this change through festivals, spending time with loved ones, feasting, singing, dancing, and fires. We begin to hunker down and hibernate. It can be a time of self-reflection and personal growth. This gathering celebrates this transition!

We will be offering Wellness related vendor space for $25 per table space. Once application is received, you will be invoiced through Square. Payment confirms space reservation.

Application and vendor fees must be received to reserve your booth on a first come, first serve
basis. Please note there are a limited number of booths available for the event.

Each vendor is responsible for their own table (maximum six-foot table). Chairs to be provided by The Branch and are included at no charge. Vendor will be expected to stay for the entire event. No early tear downs.

Load in and set up instructions will be sent to the email provided the week before the event.

Each vendor will be responsible for licensing, insurance, taxes as it pertains to the sale of their
service or product.

Vendors are also expected to promote event through their social media channels. We will add you as a co-host to the FB event as well.

By filling out this application, I agree to participate in the Winter Solstice Wellness Event.
