ChromeOS Admin Screen Recording Request Form
The user policy to allowlist (contact center application) URLs to access screen recording is currently not visible to admins through Google admin console.

This form is used by ChromeOS Enterprise device admins to enable the screen recording user policy for specified contact center web application URLs.

The name of your organization/company.
Domain name *
The domain you use to manage your ChromeOS devices.

Note: This should be the domain you use to access the Google admin console.
Organization Unit (OU) *

The organizational unit(s), that your target users are placed in, which the screen recording policy will be applied.

If you would like the screen recording policy enabled for all users on your domain, please specify "Root"
Contact center solution *
The contact center solution you are deploying.

Note: The solution should be listed here.
URL allowlist for Screen Recording *
Please provide the URLs to allowlist for screen recording following the Chrome Enterprise specified patterns.

Note: in most cases, the URLs should be provided by your contact center solution provider.
Additional policies to enable for specified URLs
In addition to enabling the Screen Recording policy for the URLs specified above, the following policies are also available:
  • Multi-Screen capture - to capture multiple displays. If you leave this unchecked, only your users' primary displays will be captured.
  • Always-on screen recording - enables screen recording upon ChromeOS login and prevents the user from closing or stopping it. If you leave this unchecked, screen recording will be initiated as specified by your contact center solution provider.
