Which game idea do you think is the most viable option?

IE which do you think would be the easier to import all the art collected from artists and make into a cohesive game which can be programmed in the least amount of time, and why. If you have a personal preference, feel free to list that as well.

We have a strict budget for this project that we will have to work within.
