A few frequently asked questions:

Q: What is your event space seating capacity?
A: We can accommodate 85 guests in the space at a time. For seated events, 50-60 can be accommodated with a minimal amount of standing room still available. Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, we strongly recommend keeping your event to 42 or fewer guests to assist with social distancing guidelines provided by the National Restaurant Association.

Q: What are your minimum charges?
A: The loft is available every day of the week for events. Friday through Sunday, the usage, preparation and cleaning fees are $500. Events booked Monday through Thursday are $300 for usage, preparation and cleaning. These fees allow for three hours of event time, with one hour setup before and one hour cleanup after. Additional hours may be arranged at a rate of $100 per hour.

Q: How do deposits work?
A: In order to hold the space for you, we require a minimum deposit fee of $250. Because the space is reserved for you, and often booked long in advance, it is often impossible for us to rebook the space in a short amount of time. Your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE if you cancel less than 8 weeks from the event's scheduled date, however, if an emergency arises, you may reschedule the event one time and reapply the same deposit. If you cancel after or need to reschedule a second time, your deposit will not be refunded.

Event space rental fees are based on 3-hour windows, and we schedule an hour after your event concludes for guests to depart and for us to clean up and rearrange the space. Guests who arrive early for your event may be asked to relax in the taproom if the space is not ready prior to the start of your event. We ask that you say goodbye to all of your guests or encourage them to relocate to the taproom within 30 minutes of the end of your event. If your event is more than 3 hours long or the time is outside of the windows below, please describe in the Other space below, and we will make every effort to accommodate your need and adjust the fees if necessary.
