Events Deposit Policy
The Jesuit Institute South Africa requires a 50% deposit on booking of events and full payment of the balance 1 week before the start date of the event. 
Events Cancellation Policy

The Jesuit Institute South Africa offers refunds on events cancelled in advance by the Institute or the participant.

Please be sure that you can entirely commit your time and investment to the event.

Refunds:

*Jesuit Institute South Africa reserves the right to cancel the event if it is not meeting the minimum number of participants. Full refunds, in this case, are subject to admin fees.

*100% refund if cancelled ten days or more before the start of the event.

*50% refund if cancelled 5-9 days before the start of the event.

*No refunds if cancelled less than five days before the start of the event.

*All refunds are subject to a 10% (of event price) admin fee.
