Student Device Issues Form 2023-2024
This form is for students who are attending ExCEL Virtual Learning Academy (Powered by CAOLA) and are having trouble with District issued Chromebooks and iPads.

The first step to troubleshoot the issue is to restart the iPad or Chromebook which could help with performance or login issues.

iPad Users: If you're noticing any battery issues, please make sure your device is plugged in while you're Zooming. Zoom is a resource intensive app and you may notice your battery draining when Zooming for any sustained amount of time.If your iPad runs out of battery it can take several minutes with it charging for it to be turned on using the on/off button at the top right of the iPad.
