📍The conference takes place in person, in Verona, Italy (San Marco Hotel - g.page/hotelsanmarcoverona).

⚙️ How the conference works
Access to the physical event will be subject to current COVID-19 regulations, which may change by the conference date. More info on our safety policy: https://www.grusp.org/en/conferences_/safety/
The conference will also be broadcasted online and therefore be remotely accessible.

🗓 Conference agenda
The length of each talk session will be 40 minutes. Talk length: 30 minutes + 10 minutes for Q&A session.

🎁 What we offer you if your talk is selected
- conference ticket;
- a single room for 1 night;
- speakers' dinner;
- a refund of up to €250 for travel costs within Europe (up to €500 outside the European continent);
- taxi fare from the Verona airport or train station to the conference venue;
- coffee breaks, lunch on the event's day and an after-conference happy hour with snacks, GrUSP beer and the famous Spritz!

If your company wants to cover all your expenses it will receive a Silver sponsorship badge (worth €750); covering only your travel expenses will grant them a Bronze sponsorship badge (worth €500), or a discount of the same value if they purchase a higher level sponsorship.
