Pro Bono Service Support for Afghan Refugees
Thank you so much for you interest in supporting Afghan refugees who are entering the United States by way of Virginia, especially those who may be resettled in Virginia communities.

The Carrico Center for Pro Bono & Public Service at the University of Richmond School of Law is supporting the efforts of our nonprofit partners throughout Virginia by gathering the names and contact information of Virginia law students and attorneys who may be willing to provide pro bono service.

All information provided will be shared directly with our partner nonprofits for their use and follow-up (including but not limited to Catholic Charities Diocese Arlington, Hogar Legal Immigrant Services, Capital Area Immigrant Rights Coalition, ReEstablish Richmond, and others).

No pro bono service will be directly overseen by the Carrico Center.

If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Prof. Tara Casey at tcasey@richmond.edu.
