2011 Lents Ramona Street Fair - Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in attending the Lents 3rd Annual Ramona Street Fair! Please fill out the following application completely and accurately. A Ramona Street Fair coordinator will contact you upon receipt of your application to confirm. If you are accepted as a Ramona Street Fair vendor, you will be asked to provide copies of appropriate permits for the sale and handling of food.

12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Setup schedule tbd)
Business stall fee*: $40**
Non-profit / Public Sector stall fee: $10
Please make checks payable to East Portland Neighbors (memo: Ramona Street Fair vendor).

*Inquire about a limited number of price-reduced stalls for qualifying low-income vendors.
**If you are an artist or small-scale craft vendor, you are allowed to share a 10x10 booth space and split the fee with one other vendor. Please fill out the application ONCE for each 10x10 space requested - meaning provide BOTH vendor names / types on the application but provide ONE primary contact if you are sharing booth space. Food vendors can not share space.
