2. Completion of this form does not constitute a confirmed enrolment.
3. Enrolment forms will be emailed to families once the school has confirmed eligibility based on enrolment criteria. Families who are deemed not in the designated zones will be notified via email.
4. Information provided in this form will support the school to make informed decisions and plan for staff recruitment, curriculum planning and many other operational factors.
Families will be required to provide the school with a copy of:- A current utilities bill (Gas, Water or Electricity) AND- A current Rates notice OR a Rental Agreement
Should you be unable to provide proof of residence, we may require you to provide us with a statutory declaration.
Please note that enrolment offers may be withdrawn prior to the first day of attendance if your child’s permanent place of residence changes and the new address is not within the designated neighbourhood area for the school.
