Procurement Matchmaking Roundtable Registration Form (Hispano Chamber/NM MBDA)
Welcome! The New Mexico Minority Business Development Agency and the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce (Hispano Chamber) are teaming up to host a Procurement Matchmaking Roundtable event on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 8 am - 12:00 pm at the Hispano Chamber. Small business vendors will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with buyers from federal, state, local government agencies, and anchors institutions.

Come ready and prepared: Vendors are highly encouraged to bring their capabilities and innovative solutions to the table, offering products and services that align with procurement and supplier diversity goals. The matchmaking event is a valuable opportunity for businesses to connect directly with buyers, prime contractors, and agency representatives to explore partnerships, contracts, and growth opportunities.

Note: The event will consist of several round table discussions with buying agencies and prime contractors. Small business appointment sign ups will begin at 7:45 am. The Matchmaking will start at 8:30 am. Arrive early to sign up for your appointments.
