During this days, we connect companies looking to hire top talent with recently graduated #Ironhackers, providing priority access before they hit the job market. The objective for companies is to have a first encounter with our students in a 10 to 15 minute interview. Afterwards, we facilitate the students contact details so companies can schedule a follow up personal or technical interview if there is interest on both sides.
Guidelines:- No commitment to hire.- No costs or fees associated: we're a school, not a recruiter.- Job offers must be for full-time roles.- Job offers must be above market average for the city of employment.- We please ask for cancellations to be made at least 72h in advance.
Format:1. Speed-recruiting! Each company will meet the students for 10/15 minutes. We highly recommend bringing a technical profile, as the students will showcase their projects and portfolio. After 10/15 minutes we will have a hard stop and students will rotate. 2. Companies will receive all student profiles prior to the hiring week for review.3. Companies will present themselves and their project in 2-3 minutes on Hiring Day.4. After the interview sessions, Ironhack will provide the contact details of students so companies can continue the recruitment process.
