In light of our upcoming series on truth, the leadership of Calvary Baptist Church wanted to get an understanding of where our church stood on some core matters of truth widely debated in todays world and in the church. Please take the time to provide answers to this survey. All responses are completely anonymous so please answer truthfully to the best of your ability.
