This form is to register for the 2019 Hack America East Hackathon at the University of Maine.

Hack AE is a 24-hour civic hackathon designed to bring America East students together to build software and hardware
projects that address real-world challenges facing our neighborhoods, cities, states and country. Hack AE 2019 turns its
focus to small farmers and other independent agricultural and agricultural dependent businesses. This year’s event will
bring together cross-disciplinary skill sets of students from across the Northeast to address the integration of technology with the economic conditions of small agricultural businesses.

This registration form is for each individual participant and does not register your other team members.

All participants must abide by Major League Hacking’s Code of Conduct and the University of
Maine’s Code of Conduct. The AE Hackathon is a chem-free event where there will be zero
tolerance for alcohol and/or drug use, consumption, and/or possession throughout the entirety
of the event.

The University of Maine is a tobacco-free campus. The use of tobacco and all
smoking products is not permitted on any university-owned property. This includes the use of
e-cigarettes such as JUUL. If a participant chooses to violate any policy, there will be
repercussions including referral to their sending institution’s student conduct office.
