Summit Purpose:
To collaborate and coordinate with key partners, decision makers, neighborhood and community leaders across Winston-Salem & Forsyth County to design, align, and activate a cross-sector strategy that strengthens Church in the Streets as a countywide community health platform grounded in:

✔ Health and Faith-based community engagement
✔ 10 dimensions of community wellness
✔ Collective impact
✔ Systems change
✔ Equity & community voice

This summit will bring together leaders across faith communities, health systems, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, government partners, and community agencies to co-develop a unified strategy for the 2026 Church in the Streets initiative.
