Manayunk StrEAT Food Festival - Spring 2023

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10

Due to limited space not everyone who applies will be accepted. We will be notifying all who are accepted the week of February 12, 2023. *Once accepted, preferred spots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.*

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & FEES FOR ACCEPTANCE:
*Payment will be collected via an email, once acceptance to participate in the festival has been announced.
**Once you are accepted and pay, refunds will ONLY be given for extenuating circumstances.**

1. Food Trucks & Food Vendors $375 (+ credit card fees)
Functioning out of a mobile vehicle or a tent/cart setting who are producing ready to eat food on site. (I.e. food trucks, food carts, and any food vendors that are cooking and preparing food on site.)

2. Pre-Packaged/Food-Related Vendors & Non-Food Vendors $200 (+ credit card fees)
Functioning only out of a tent setting who are selling pre-packaged goods OR items that cannot be eaten on site. (olive oils, spices, jams, dish towels, drink mixes, coasters, art, jewelry etc.)

3. Farm Stands $70 (+ credit card fees)
Functioning out of a tent setting who are selling fresh produce. (I.e. fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, fresh cheeses, and any food vendors that are selling farm-based foods.)
