Due to limited space not everyone who applies will be accepted. We will be notifying all who are accepted the week of February 12, 2023. *Once accepted, preferred spots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.*
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & FEES FOR ACCEPTANCE:*Payment will be collected via an email, once acceptance to participate in the festival has been announced.
**Once you are accepted and pay, refunds will ONLY be given for extenuating circumstances.**
1. Food Trucks & Food Vendors
$375 (+ credit card fees)
Functioning out of a mobile vehicle or a tent/cart setting who are producing ready to eat food on site. (I.e. food trucks, food carts, and any food vendors that are cooking and preparing food on site.)
2. Pre-Packaged/Food-Related Vendors & Non-Food Vendors
$200 (+ credit card fees)
Functioning only out of a tent setting who are selling pre-packaged goods OR items that cannot be eaten on site. (olive oils, spices, jams, dish towels, drink mixes, coasters, art, jewelry etc.)
3. Farm Stands
$70 (+ credit card fees)
Functioning out of a tent setting who are selling fresh produce. (I.e. fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, fresh cheeses, and any food vendors that are selling farm-based foods.)
TEMPORARY APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THURSDAY, 3/23
