Please submit the following form to request changes to an existing cluster account. For new cluster accounts, please submit the Account Request Form.

Note: This form should be used only for Grace, McCleary, Milgram or Misha accounts. To be added to an additional group on another cluster, submit the appropriate account request form:

- Bouchet: Cluster Account Request Form.

- Hopper: Hopper Account Request Form.

Please note - PI approval is required for group changes.

All users must abide by the YCRC HPC Policies.

If you select an option removing you from a group, you will lose access to data owned by that group but no data will be deleted or transferred. Coordinate with your current PI about handling any data under your account and contact us if you need assistance.
