OVMS Band Registration Form Welcome (back) to the best part of your day!
Hello new and returning parents and students! We're doing our band registration online this year to make your registration process faster and easier.

We use this form to
-- get organized for the first day so we know who is playing what instrument
-- collect parent emails to send you news and remind you of upcoming events
-- collect student T-shirt sizes
-- ask for our all-important participation donations

We ask for a participation donation of $50 and a T-shirt donation of $10 per student. Your donations determine what we do during the school year: what instruments, music, and supplies are available to students, festivals, concerts, etc. The participation donation is one of only 3 fundraisers we do per year. Donations are voluntary and are not required to participate in the music program.
Oak Valley Music Boosters (OVMB) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible. If you have any questions or would like to receive a receipt for tax purposes, please send an email to mailto:president@ovmsmusic.org.

All students receive a music program T-shirt. We use them for some concerts and field trips and many students wear them to school to show off band pride! The design is different every year.
Sometimes parents like to represent the band so there is an optional section if you would also like a shirt!

Booster help
The amazing musical experience we offer our students only happens with the work of parent volunteers. Our wonderful past volunteers created the framework and now we need people to continue their work. Needs include:
-- A Webmaster to update ovmsmusic.org with event information and relevant communications from me to our parent community.
-- A Julian Apple Pie Fundraiser Coordinator to modify last year’s flyer, communicate with Julian Apple Pie company, gather parents to drive up to collect the pies and distribute them.
-- A Secretary to record Booster meetings.
-- A VP of Events to help Mr Nowak with concert needs, particularly for communicating with the California Center for the Arts Escondido for our Gala Concert in May.
-- A Volunteer Coordinator to obtain volunteers for set-up and tear-down of concerts and any other needs
