By entering my name here, I agree to the Chapel Hill Pool Party Waiver, as follows:Chapel Hill Pool agrees to reserve the pool facility for the agreed upon date and time to the undersigned. Chapel Hill Pool agrees to provide a certified lifeguard for this event. It is the desire of the Chapel Hill Pool to provide the safest environment possible. By entering their name in this form, the sponsor agrees to adhere to the following:
1) Provide an adult in the fenced area at all times swimmers are in the pool in order to facilitate. This way the guard can focus on the surveillance and safety of the swimmers.
3) The sponsor agrees to remove any attendees who do not act in accordance with the Chapel Hill Pool rules and this agreement.
4) The sponsor waives and releases the Chapel Hill Pool, as well as its board members and employees, from any and all liability arising at law or in equity from injury or death to participants.
