GDI takes the safety of our members very seriously. If you have experienced an incident that made you feel unsafe, or if someone in the community told you about a time when they felt unsafe, please fill out this form. This form can be used to report violations of the GDI Code of Conduct or concerns about anyone involved in the community, including, but not limited to, chapter leaders, students, and members of the HQ team. The more details you can share about the incident, the better able we will be to follow up. Sharing your identifying information is optional.
