Terms and Conditions
The aim of this market is to foster a sense of belonging within the community. The SV Christmas Market has been organized by SV Community Hubg since 2022. It is the biggest market of the year. We expect to have more than 10 stalls. Due to the size of our venue, there will be a limited number of products and stalls available. To ensure that all stall owners can enjoy this event in a safe environment, we will implement a few rules and regulations as follows:

  • Stall owners must be 18 years of age or older to run adult stalls at the market.
  • All stalls are free of charge. However, due to the possibility of unexpected cancellations, all stall owners are required to pay a refundable $50 deposit, which is non-refundable unless cancellation notice is given at least one week prior to market day. Please bring the $50 deposit (cash only) to our team members at SV Coffee & Bakery.
  • The products sold at the market can range from physical items to services. We do not accept food products due to food licensing restrictions.
  • The market is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Stall owners are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up their stalls.
  • Only safe, non-harmful products are permitted for sale at the market. No food products are allowed due to health certification and licensing requirements.
  • The size of each stall must not exceed 1.5m x 1.5m. Stall owners are asked to bring their own tables or display shelves for showcasing their products. Tables can be supplied upon request.
  • At least 10 stalls are available for this market. You will be notified via email if you are accepted to participate in the event.
  • There is no ATM withdrawal machine at our café. We recommend that stall owners set up their own EFTPOS machines, use PayID, bank transfers, or encourage customers to pay in cash.
  • The market will be open to the public from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You are welcome to stay longer if there are customers present.

    Please bring $50 deposit (cash only) to SV Coffee & Bakery. This deposit is refundable if you show up on the market day or notify us for your cancellation 1 week prior to the market.
