Waiver of Solicitation and Award Procedures
The Director of the Department of Administration or the Director's designee may waive the solicitation and award procedures if a situation exists that makes compliance with section 41-2702 impracticable, unnecessary or contrary to the public interest, except that the grant solicitation and award shall be made with competition that is practicable under the circumstances.
Currently, all waiver requests related to COVID-19 response are granted under the "Blanket Waiver Policy Memo" issued by ADOA on March 30, 2020. Please complete the form below for tracking purposes only. All other requests will be reviewed and receive a response in 2-3 business days.
