Understanding the Impact of Optum’s Supervisory Billing Policy
In Minnesota, Optum no longer allows new contracts that include supervisory billing for supervised clinicians, though agencies and therapists previously approved for this arrangement have been grandfathered in.

We are gathering feedback from therapists and agencies to understand how this policy has affected access to care and service delivery.

Your insights will help inform advocacy efforts for improved mental health access. Please take a few moments to share your experience.
