HVS in the City - Saturday, May 10, 2025
We are thrilled to bring back our HVS in the City event on May 10th, 2025 at Fort Mason's Gallery 308 in San Francisco!

Please fill out the form below to indicate your interest in pouring at this event. Upon receiving your form, the HVS Board will review and be in touch to confirm your place at the event. 

Requirements:
  • Wines poured at the event must be from a Certified Historic Vineyard (over 50 years old) that is registered on the HVS website. If the vineyard is not yet registered and fits the HVS requirements, we are happy to help expedite the registration process.  
  • Wineries may pour multiple wines, provided each wine is from a Certified Historic Vineyard
  • We ask for 4-6 bottles of each wine be brought to the event
Winery Table Fee: 
  • $250 per table (includes one pourer per winery with discounted tickets available for additional pourers
