This form constitutes a Model Release Agreement between you (the “Grantor”) and the photographer (the “Grantee”), in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

By completing this form, you consent to the use of photographs and/or video footage in which you appear, taken on the specified date and location, for non-commercial purposes only. These purposes may include the photographer’s portfolio, social media, editorial publications, art exhibitions, and blog content.

Summary of Terms

1. Purpose

You grant the photographer the right to use your image solely for non-commercial use as described above.

2. Duration

Your consent is granted for an indefinite period, unless you revoke it in writing with 30 days’ notice.

3. Usage Limitations

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time, as per Articles 15–18 of the GDPR.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by German law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
