We're happy to announce that our International Waterpolo Tournament is back!
When: Friday August 25th (4PM) until Sunday August 27th (2PM).
Where: Koning Boudewijnlaan 22, 3500 Hasselt
Registration is possible until
Sunday August 6 2023With this form you can register one or more teams. You'll get confirmation in your mailbox if your registration has been completed successfully.
Prices:
1 team = € 120,00
2 teams = € 180,00
3 teams = € 200,00
4 teams = € 220,00
Cancellation policy:
- If you have NOT paid by August 6 you are not registered.
- If you cancel 2 weeks before the tournament you will be refunded 50% of the entry fee.
- If you cancel 1 week before the tournament you will NOT get a refund of the entry fee.
This year teams will also be obliged to pay a deposit of 200EUR (for any potential damages to the park and surrounding amenities). This sum is payed up front per registered team and will be payed back after a check-in when leaving the camping site.
On Friday there will be burgers provided at a reasonable price.
On Saturday there will be a BBQ, more information will be announced later.
