Elementary Hybrid/Every Day Parent/Guardian Survey - Trimester 1
One of the district's goals for the year is as follows:

"Ensure that students are afforded the same quality and scope of instruction and other educational (or related) services among all educational environments (i.e., hybrid in-school, hybrid-at home, and strictly remote learning)."

We are conducting this survey on a trimester basis to measure your perceptions regarding the various ELEMENTARY learning environments we have in place. Please answer these questions using your knowledge of the first trimester.

You are welcome to fill this form out more than once if you have multiple children and find their experiences differ.
