Teacher Request for Westgate PSO Grant Funds

Process of grant request:

Please look over the flow chart just below before you start filling out the form. Once you have looked over the flow chart and see that your grant could be approved please fill out the form. 1. Request will be submitted to the school principal and the PSO Board for review and approval.
2. If approved by the school principal and the PSO Board the request will be discussed by PSO Board members.
3. The board may approve all or part of the funds. Please understand that the PSO Board may request a meeting with you or at least one member of the team to answer any questions especially if the grant is for over $450.
4. You will be notified once the board has made a decision for your request.
5. All receipts need to be submitted by Dec 15th for the first half of the year and May 15th for the second half of the year.  


Grant requests for the current school year are due by the first Friday in May.
