Thank you for being a CATs volunteer circulator for the ballot initiative banning trophy hunting and trapping of Colorado’s mountain lions, bobcats, and lynx! Your role is critical to obtain the 124,238 signatures necessary for inclusion on the November 2024 ballot. We are aiming for 160,000!
A "circulator" is a person who presents to other persons for signature a petition to place a measure on the ballot by initiative or referendum or a petition to nominate a candidate. You must be a citizen of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time the petition is circulated.
Circulators will receive a welcome packet detailing the essential responsibilities for Colorado CATs petition circulators. This packet also includes essential CATs information. Our website is also an excellent resource for Coloradans who want to learn more about the campaign.
Again, thank you for volunteering to collect signatures as a circulator. Colorado’s mountain lions, bobcats, and lynx need your help so they can be protected from cruel and inhumane trophy hunting and trapping!
We will never share your information without your consent. Paid for by Cats Aren’t Trophies (CATs) at https://catsarenttrophies.org, and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. Registered agent: Mark Surls.
