Please register for 2025-2026 Formation for Ministry Courses in Year 2 by completing this form.  All courses are scheduled to be held online using Zoom at the scheduled times. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated by email.  

If you are registering as a Personal Enrichment student (not enrolled in FFM) please submit a check made out to the Diocese of Syracuse for $70 per course, no later than two weeks prior to the first class. Checks should be sent to  Office of Adult and Ministerial Formation, 240 E. Onondaga Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. Note the course(s) you are paying for in the memo.
