2022 Tokeland Events - Vendor Registration Form
Registration Cut Off -  Friday, July 22 at 12midnight

If your a carvers, musicians, food vendor, art vendor or want to volunteer, use this one stop form!

Woodfest Saturday, August 6 & Sunday, August 7

Single vendor space - $60 for each event
Double vendor space - $100 for each event

Only handmade items are sold at these events.

Woodfest is an outdoor event, please plan your booth set up and attire accordingly as weather can be unpredictable including high winds.

Two booth sizes are available, 10 ft. X10 ft. and 10 ft. X20 ft., please indicate which size using the form below.
Booth location may be assigned ahead of time; otherwise see event coordinator upon arrival for set up.
No tables are provided.

Friday set up 4p - 7p, staging only, no security

Disclaimer
The Event Organizers reserve the right to reject any application if the product does not meet tour requirements.  Wares are restricted to handmade items.  Attempts will be made to put non-studio vendors in their desired location, however space assignments are at the discretion of the Event Organizers.  

I hereby, for myself, my organization my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the organizers, on whose building or grounds this activity is being held, and any instructors or persons of this organization for injuries received in participating in any activity sponsored by the Tokeland/North Cove Chamber of Commerce.
