As the face of Monarca, Our Team Members focus on providing great guest experiences every day, all in a fast-paced and fun work environment. After all, our goal is to provide the best Ice Cream Experience!

Our team members currently make between $12 and $18 per hour in hourly pay and tips combined. Common daily tasks vary, but will include creating a one-of-a-kind great experience for every person who walks in the door, keeping the store sparkling clean during business hours and cleaning past closing time to make sure the store is in perfect condition to welcome customers the following day. Weekend, nights and holidays availability is a must.
