To sign up your child (ages 7+) for tennis at Bison Park during spring break Mon-Thurs (March 18th - March 21st), please fill this out. $72 for the 4 day camp.

Cost is $72 for the week (6 hours of tennis)

Please note that due to increased popularity it is too difficult to pro rate this for which days your child can make. We will only be able to accept payment for the entire week.

Payments needs to be made before or the first day the session starts via cash, check or online through google wallet/Venmo (using the email benjaminleewolfe@gmail.com)

Waiver of Liability: All exercise and participation done is at the risk of the user or parent of the user. The Town of Castle Rock, Douglas County Tennis and Ben Wolfe are all not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of property. By registering, you assume full responsibility for yourself and/or your children for any injuries, damages or losses which may occur and do hereby fully and forever release and discharge (1) the Town of Castle Rock and its employees; and (2) Ben Wolfe and the coaches and assistants from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of your use of facilities and equipment. By registering, the participant’s parent agrees to follow and abide by all set rules of the Town of Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Department. By registering, I indicate that I have read the above and fully understand and agree with the terms and conditions.

Photo Release: I hereby grant the Town of Castle Rock and the Parks and Recreation Department the right and license to use my and my child’s image or likeness in Castle Rock materials for internal and external audiences. These materials may include, but are not limited to, monthly reports, advertisements, brochures, the recreation guide, electronic newsletters, videos and the Town website. If you would like to be exempt from this authorization, please notify your program supervisor and/or our contracted photographer/videographer.
