- Apply for our Battle of The Bands competition where you could win a performing slot at The Rising Music Festival!
- Register your interest for the mentoring sessions, even if you can’t make the dates of the festival 
- Register your interest as a performer (comedy, spoken word, other)

We aim to get back to all successful applicants by 1st June!

The Rising Music Festival lands at The Phoenix Theatre & Arts Centre on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August, following an incredibly successful first year in 2025!
We are all about celebrating the talent of under 24s. We are on the lookout for musicians, singers, comedians, dancers, spoken word artists and more. Whatever your talent, let us know and we will find a position for you!

But that’s not all…

In the lead up to the festival, our Battle of the Bands competition gives young bands the opportunity to win amazing prizes and access priceless mentoring sessions. Even better, the overall winner will headline a Rising stage at the festival! 

Heat 1 - Sunday 1st March, 5pm
Heat 2 - Sunday 31st May, 5pm
Grand Finale - Sunday 28th June, 5pm

We are also holding a FREE to attend mentoring day with workshops and industry professionals that can offer you support and advice on Sunday 14th June- please tick Yes if you are able to make it and we will get you booked in!
