Country Club Farmers Market: The Next Coordinator

I'm not handing this over to anyone for free, and I will not consider any offers that involve "profit sharing until the price is paid off". This business DOES NOT include the food truck park. That is a completely separate business entity that does not belong to me and I have no authority selling that business. This is for the markets only, not the food truck park.

All applications will be reviewed in a first come first served basis. If accepted, you will be asked to set up an appointment to start formal discussions in regards to purchasing the business and sharing financial statements with you.

Before I can set up any appointments, I must have all my financial statements prepared and organized. I do not have a price set for the business yet and cannot give anyone a price until I have finished preparing the financial statements for the business. Please do not come and ask me "How much do you want for the business?" I will disclose that information with you when we have our formal meeting or as soon as I have my financial statements finished.

There will be a non-disclosure agreement that will be signed and notarized at the first meeting to ensure that none of our sensitive and confidential information is misused by either parties.

I have absolutely no obligation to sell this business to anyone unless a deal is signed in a legally binding contract. Please do not make the assumption or make any claims that I have already made a deal with you, ONLY if we have signed deal transferring ownership of the market operations and assets. If you make any pre-emptive statements or make any efforts to dissuade other potential buyers that may cause harm to this process, you will be held liable to legal action. I am doing this process to assess my options and choose what I believe is best for myself and for the markets. If you are not chosen, do not take this personally and do not be offended, this will not be an easy choice for me to make but I will have to go with whatever I truly feel is the best option for everyone.

I am not in any hurry to sell this business, but the sooner a deal is reached, the better. I will be permanently leaving El Paso next May, therefor the sooner someone takes over, the more time I have to provide support while I am still in El Paso. Once I leave El Paso, that's it, I will not be providing any managerial support when I'm gone. Additionally, the sooner someone takes over this business, then someone else with more free time will be able to focus on growing the business. I currently do not have the free time that I used to have, in order to focus on business growth, things will be much better for everybody once someone else takes on that role.
