2023 - 2024 Volunteer Nomination Form

Overview
Section 9 recognizes volunteers from each of the following disciplines every year:  Coach, Management, Referee, and VIP. These volunteers have made a significant impact to the Section in their discipline.  Nominations for Section Volunteer of the Year Awards are open and can be submitted through this form. Nominations will be reviewed by their discipline specific section staff administrators and the Section Director and a winner chosen. The winners will be recognized at the 2024 Section EXPO in  Chandler, AZ on April 13, 2024.


Nomination Procedures
1)  Any volunteer may nominate another volunteer.
2)  Fill out the nomination form. All sections of the form will need to be filled out.  The form must indicate which category the nominee is being nominated for (coach, referee, management or VIP).  A nominee can only be nominated for one category even if they hold multiple positions in the Region/Area.  
3)  The SD and Section Staff Administrators will oversee the selection of the volunteers for the section awards.
4)  Recognition will be given to all nominated volunteers. Winners of each category will receive an award at EXPO  If they are unable to attend their award will be mailed or delivered to them.
