Hi! If you're interested in requesting FREE menstrual products from SAPP, simply fill out the form below and we'll get in touch shortly! NOTE: we only have enough to supply to each menstruator for one period a month, so please resubmit the form only once every menstrual cycle, thank you! Availability is not guaranteed. Priority reserved for specific residents (Fremont/Newark/Union City/Milpitas/Cupertino CA) but we will supply other US residents on a case-by-case basis. If you are looking to pickup in Milpitas/Cupertino, we will direct you to contact our SAPP Milpitas/Cupertino chapters for further assistance. If you cannot pickup or do not live in the surrounding vicinity of these cities, you can still request products but we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis as our resources allow.
