THE PROJECT
What was the first dish chefs cooked while dating?  
We are collecting these love stories, with these first dishes as like "love notes".  

The aim is to draw over 100 stories and make them into a book with essays/stories exploring the issues of dating, work-life balance, family and celebrating the human side of the hospitality industry.
