Newbies Market Stall Registration
Register here for your stall at the 2020 Wellington Zinefest Newbies Market.
When: 12 till 4pm on Sunday July 19.
Where: Vic Uni School of Design, 139 Vivian Street
Stalls cost $10 each to cover table hire, venue expenses, etc. After filling out this form, please deposit $10 to Wellington Zinefest 38-9011-0047753-00 , using your full name as the reference.
We will confirm your place via email within three days of receiving your payment.

Am I A Newbie?
This is largely up to you - we won't be policing who counts as a 'newbie'. However the spirit of the Newbies Market is all about showing off the talent of zinemakers who haven't already been well-represented at our larger Zinefest events.
Things that might make someone a newbie:
- You've never had a stall at Wellington Zinefest before
- You've only had one stall at Wellington Zinefest
- You used to have stalls at Wellington Zinefest a while ago, but haven't for a few years
- You've done Zinefests elsewhere but are new to Wellington Zinefest
We haven't confirmed our stall size just yet, but they'll likely be a fairly small space. This means you won't need many different zines to fill up your stall!
If you've only got one or two zines to sell and are worried about not filling up a whole stall, we'd still encourage you to book. Rather than showing off a range of great zines, Newbies Market is more focused on giving zinemakers a chance to experience what having a stall is like.
There's alternatives, too - like you could team up with another person who's also only got a few things to sell and run a joint table. Or you could try out making stickers, patches, badges or other merchandise-type things to sell.

Lastly, we'll be running a 'community table' stall for zinemakers who can't be there on the day but would love to sell their zine(s) anyway. If you wanna book for the community table, send us an email.
