SFA Twirling Camp: Residential Registration
Wednesday July 8 – Saturday July 11, 2020
Stephen F. Austin State University Campus & Nacogdoches County Civic Center

Location: Stephen F. Austin State University, 1936 North Street, Nacogdoches, TX 75962 & Nacogdoches County Civic Center, located at 3805 NW Stallings Dr., Nacogdoches, Texas, 75964.

Eligibility: Anyone entering 6th Grade through 12th Grade.

Camp Fees: (Fees include tuition, room, meals/snacks, T-shirt and Camp music)
• Residential Camp for 6th-12th Grade: $300 per person for Early Registration by June 15, 2020. $350 per person if received by registration deadline, June 25, 2020.

• $25 fee on refunds if notified by, June 25, 2020. NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 25, 2020.

**Checks or Money Orders: Send payments for camp by personal check, school check or money order to Candice Curbow, 1161 CR 1362, Garrison, TX 75946. (DO NOT MAIL CASH). Make checks payable to Timeless Twirl-O-Jacks.

Food Service: Breakfast & Dinner at the East College Cafeteria on SFA Campus. Lunch will be provided by Chick-Fil-A; Subway; Pizza and Raising Canes. The Timeless TOJ Concession stand will be available and stocked with snack food items and water for $2.00 each, cash only. Concession Tickets can be opened by parents at registration.

Housing: Students will be housed in a dorm on SFA Campus (Dorm TBA). Each dorm room will house 2 campers. Campers will need to provide all linens.

Transportation: Campers will be transported to and from camp by the Stephen F. Austin State University Shuttle Bus Service. (Classes will be taught each day at the Nacogdoches County Civic Center)

Classes Offered:
Fundamentals, Dance Twirl, Feature Twirler, Prop routines, 2-Baton, Fire Batons, Tricks Classes, Flag Batons and Samoan Knives, Night Activities.

Camper Supervision & Class Instruction: Every activity of camp life will be supervised and instructed by the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Alumni members and the SFASU Twirl-O-Jack line members.

What to Bring: Batons (2-4), water jug, knee pads, black athletic shorts, twirling shoes, all bed linens, pillows, bath towels, washcloths etc., supplies for door decorating contest.

Activities: Each evening there will be activities scheduled for the campers to enjoy. Details TBA

Door Decorating Contest: Roommates decorate their dorm doors. All supplies must be provided by campers. Winners will receive a prize.

Final Demonstration: Saturday, July 11, 2020, 11:00 AM, Location TBA.
Attire: Black shorts, camp t-shirt and twirling shoes.

No refunds are given in cases of expulsion from camp. I understand that the camp reserves the right to expel a student on these grounds.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Twirling Camp and related events and activities, the undersigned: **1. Agrees that the parent(s), and/or legal guardian(s) will instruct the minor participant that prior to participating he or she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if the participant believes anything is unsafe, he or she should immediately advise his or her coach or supervisor of such condition and refuse to participate. **2. ACKNOWLEDGES AND FULL UNDERSTANDS that each participant will be engaging in ACTIVITIES THAT INVOLVE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY AND DEATH, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions or negligence, but the action, inaction or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonable foreseeable at this time. **3. ASSUMES ALL THE FOREGOING RISK AND ACCEPT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES following such injury, permanent disability or death. **4. RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Alumni Association, it's affiliated clubs, their respective administrators, directors, agents, coaches, and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and leasers of premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter reffered to as "releases" from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PARTY BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. Timeless TOJ Photo Release *
During the course of the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack's Twirling Camp, photographs and videos may be taken and used in the promotion of the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Alumni Association and its funding sources. These may appear in newspapers, on television and on internet promotions for the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack's Twirling Camp. By checking below, I authorize the use of photos and videos without any compensation.

Will you need a parking permit
Overnight Campers that will be driving their own vehicle to camp will need to purchase a parking permit. Parents dropping campers off will not need to purchase a parking permit. Parking permits are $15.00 each. Please include the $15.00 in your registration fees.
